Biography

A distinguished Nigerian scholar, Professor of Cybersecurity, technology expert, policy maker and public servant from Pantami District, Gombe LGA, Gombe State.

Widely respected for his contributions to digital transformation and human capital development, he served as Honourable Minister of Communications and Digital Economy (2019 to 2023), and previously as Director-General of NITDA, championing digital literacy, innovation, entrepreneurship and youth empowerment nationwide.

Beyond his professional achievements, he is a passionate advocate for youth development, leadership and community service. His vision inspires the Pantami Youth Ambassadors movement and continues to deliver lasting interventions across Gombe State.
